Sage and Saffron
We are all in search of internal fulfillment, meaning and purpose. Societies, religions, culture and all forms of identities shape our realities, perceptions and understanding of ourselves and others.
While I write predominately on health, wellbeing and society, this blog 'Sage and Saffron' is intended to reflect on these broader considerations of what it means to be human, and how we might be better.
What does Sage and Saffron mean?
Saffron is commonly known as an expensive spice, but it is a colour of reverence and sacred tradition in south asian culture, often associated with the Sages, spiritual teachers.
